With Immense pleasure we The National Council of the YMCAs of Sri Lanka share the Good News that the YMCA National Youth Training Center, Paranthan was officially handed over back to the National Council of the YMCAs of Sri Lanka on 23rd August, 2017 by Sri Lankan Army. This Youth Training Center was established in 1973 and from 1996 it was not functioning due to the conflict situation in the North.
